Chris, one of our trustees, runs professional surveys. For our upcoming November 2018 conference which covered the relationship between technology and working people, we asked Chris to conduct an online survey of ISMA members, and professionals in other public/private sectors to understand this relationship. The results were detailed and showed a high degree of concern about how companies were harvesting data, and high levels of stress at work though for the most part the survey confirmed respondents were comfortable with AI and automation. The survey, which continues to be downloaded from the ISMA site, provided evidence to help our policy creation for 2019.
